Grief and mental health are deeply connected.
Grief does not always look like tears.

It can show up as exhaustion, irritability, numbness, isolation, difficulty concentrating, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others.

However grief is showing up for you, you do not have to navigate it alone.

At the Centre for Grief and Healing, also known as Bereaved Families of Ontario – Halton/Peel, we offer free peer-to-peer grief support, groups, and volunteer-led programs for people navigating the death of someone significant.
How can we support you today?

I’m looking for grief support
If you are navigating the death of someone significant, we are here to help you feel less alone. Our free grief support services include one-to-one peer support, grief support groups, workshops, and community programs.

I want to volunteer
Our volunteers are at the heart of what we do. Many have their own lived experience with grief and are trained to offer compassionate peer support to others in the community.

I want to make a donation
Your support helps keep grief support free and accessible for people in our community. Every donation helps us provide compassionate spaces for connection, reflection, and healing.
