When someone you care about is grieving after a loss, it can be difficult to know what to say or do. Your comfort and support can make all the difference to their healing. While you can't take the pain of their loss away, there are many ways to show someone who's grieving how much you care and how to help them through their difficult time.

Our workshops provide professionals, students, staff, family, and friends with skills and strategies for coping with grief and to educate non-bereaved individuals on how to support their grieving peer or loved one. The workshop provides information and skills to support, educate, and increase awareness around grief and bereavement.

We offer 1-hour workshops, half-day workshops, and full-day workshops that vary in cost. An example of what to expect in a full-day workshop can be seen on the right. Customizations can be provided with an additional cost.

Examples of Topics Covered:

  • Support Systems

  • Coping Strategies

  • Self-Care
