ADULT GROUP PROGRAMS

Losing a loved one can be overwhelming.  Our grief support groups offer peer

support and education for those experiencing a loss of a loved one.  Our groups are held in a supportive environment that fosters hope and healing.  They provide individuals with the opportunity to learn, share, and engage in conversation that will help reflect upon and work through their grief.

Please refer to our FAQ page for detailed instructions on how to register for our support groups. Our groups warmly welcome all walks of life.

Closed Groups vs. Open Groups

For information about the difference between closed groups and open groups, as well as a detailed overview of what to expect from our support groups, please visit our FAQ page.

Time Commitment

Open groups have no specific time commitment, while closed groups require a commitment based on the duration of the group. Please consider this when choosing which type of group is right for you.

Holidays and Office Closures

Please be aware that there are no group sessions during the last two weeks of December, office or group closures, or on statutory holidays. Stay updated by subscribing to our newsletters and announcements to receive information about upcoming groups and closures or contact us to receive updates.

Important

Members have the choice to participate in session-limited one-to-one support or group support sessions. After completing one option, members can decide if they would like to access the other. Please note that as a charity with limited resources, we strive to provide the best support possible within our capacity.
