About the speaker: Tara is a dedicated fourth-year Kinesiology student at the University of Guelph-Humber, with a strong background in clinical rehabilitation. Her academic journey includes extensive coursework in therapeutic exercise and exercise prescription. Tara's passion for exercise is deeply personal; after losing her grandmother, she found solace and clarity through physical activity.
