About The Event
Grief doesn’t always look the way we expect it to. When a relationship was complicated, distant,
or unfinished, grief can feel confusing and heavy. You may be grieving not only the person who
died, but also the relationship you wished you had, the conversations that never happened, or the
chance for things to change.
This workshop explores why grief can bring up mixed emotions like sadness, anger, relief, guilt,
and longing and why all of these feelings are normal. We’ll talk about how social expectations
