About The Event
GriefTalks Description:
Suicide Loss: An Honest Conversation
In this GriefTalk, Sasha shares her personal experience of losing her dad to suicide, along with what she has learned about living with grief in the years since. Suicide loss can bring a complicated mix of emotions, questions, challenges, and unexpected realities that can be difficult to put into words. Through honest conversation, Sasha creates space to talk openly about the things we may carry silently, how grief can change over time, and the different ways we can learn to cope and navigate life alongside our grief. This is not about having all the answers, but about sharing experiences, learning from one another, and creating a space where suicide-loss survivors can feel heard, understood, and less alone.
