GriefTalks: Breathwork, Meditation and Yoga for Grief and Healing
Often in grief, the body naturally wants to cave in. This is totally natural and is an evolutionary response to stress and trauma. Grief truly affects every part of the body. Even your breathing. Together, we will learn to breath and move through grief. You will learn breathwork exercises, meditations and gentle, seated yoga poses that you can return to for support.
